I started my career in enterprise operations and application support, where I worked extensively on KPI monitoring, incident analysis, root cause investigations, reporting, and stakeholder coordination. Over time, I became more involved in analyzing operational data and working with stakeholders to understand issues, trends, and reporting needs, which strengthened my analytical thinking.
